      Pros

      Voith is an amazing employer. Strongly routed in family values, they provide an exceptional and welcoming atmosphere. Wages are competitive but the work life balance and benefits are world class. Voith is heavily engaged in D&I and their environmental footprint. They have been building a diverse and excited workforce.

      Cons

      The geographic location of their production facilities limits their labor pool and makes it difficult to attract and retain talent.

      You are not a person there You are a number, management cares nothing at all about the employees. If you are in crisis or sick they don't hesitate to "lay you off" which is a German way of thinking it's a German company after all... Remove the weak
