Benifits, 401K is great, insurance is what it is. Vaction starting package

Cons

overall attitude of employees, poor culture of low accountability. If you do your job well enough, you get to do someone elses.

Great benefits, engineering has some great people. Get to travel. Working at a hydro plant is very interesting.

Cons

There are a few people at or near the top that make all the decisions. They claim to listen to feedback and ideas, but very few things change for the better. Poor decision making has caused many great people to leave the company. Company-wide software is confusing and not user friendly. We’re expected to be experts with lack of training. Not a good break/lunch room.
