      Decent benefits, Good hours. Able to work overtime if you want or need it.

      Cons

      Have to work on holidays, Buddy system among some employees and supervisors can be bad for other employees. Stop talking politics at work.

      Pros

      The highly engineered products are kind of cool. Basically it's neat to build stuff like this.

      Cons

      You are a number. You don't matter. The work is very UNCOMFORTABLE, unforgiving on your body. Not good bang for buck. The money is pretty ok but what you've got to do to get it sucks. All in all it's not worth working in their manufacturing areas. I've been stuck on a back shift forever and they are lying to new employees about how long they will be there.
