      Toxic and Old School culture

      Pay was decent, some nice people

      Cons

      HQ is in Germany and they have it easy. The locations in the US are very old school cultures and allow toxic people to work there. Constructive feedback was given on a regular basis from employees, and ignored by upper management. When a VP would try to make a positive change, they got fired. Micro-managed constantly. I'd never work there again.

      Pros

      Voith is a good company for the young employees, the colleagues are very friendly to help and guide you to the work and other difficulties. I like the working environment there.

      Pros

      Great benefits with amazing 401k match. They are very flexible with work. Good pay and vacation. Low travel percentage maybe 10 percent at most with hybrid office schedule.

      Cons

      Compensation isn't the highest like most jobs you have to prove the during evaluations to receive pay changes. Lack of employee events in the last couple of years which is starting to turn around.
