      Very clean nice place to work.

      Pros

      Very clean climate controlled workplace. Not hard work at all, anyone can do it. Nice coworkers that like to help you learn

      Cons

      Maintenance is slack and let's things fall apart and when they should call someone else to come in and fix a machine, they try fixing over and over and let the department fall behind on orders

      Wages were decent for the work performed

      Cons

      Only start out part time on call so hours were never regular and not always available, managers and he played favorites, people knew they had Union back up so were incredibly lazy, forced to join Union and pay monthly union dues to even work here even though it's a right to work state

      Care very little about employees, high employee turnover.

      Pros

      Yearly bonus is ok and you get it every year but not always fair between the employees and too much dependent on who does the complex managers dirty work

      Cons

      Treat employees poorly, beat them down regardless of work you do. They do not care about the employees or their families. People get fired left and right.
