      Pros

      Strong market performance, loyal customer base, employees want to do the best for the customers and it shows in the results.

      Cons

      Could be more progressive with some benefits but otherwise very normal working environment with reasonable expectations and continuous improvement culture.

      Voith is a great place to work if you have no soul

      Pros

      Great coworkers and excellent training opportunities. Facilities are mostly world class environments with excellent housekeeping and use of modern manufacturing techniques.

      Cons

      There is an overwhelming lack of direction from senior management which leads to confusion and chaos. Orders from consignment customers are frequently ignored in favor of direct ship customers. Scheduling is a nightmare.

      Pros

      Good pay and flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Never know when the company want you to move. Company direction change way too much (every year or two.) For a year or two they want you to be local next moment they want you to live near head quarters. 24 hour coverage means you will get a call 2am at least once a week and expect to be at site no later then 1 hour for local mills. Never expect to be able to take vacation.
