      Pros

      Good people, high standards, flexibility on schedule, safety and protocol taken seriously, thoroughly trained, skills utilized and added upon, small perks, such as cooling towels and BBQs make it nice.

      Insecurity of temp job, hot and dirty, fluctuating hour availability, inconsistent overtime, not knowing when the temp job will end

      Pros

      Working conditions are good, but people are complaining so much about having to work through the shutdown. People, why are you there? A paycheck right? STOP COMPLAINING! If you don't want to work, move it aside and let a person that would be happy he or she is getting more hours.

      Cons

      Hired in as a paint booth cleaner. So far I've done nothing close to that. Part time, new hires are left in the dark about full time opportunities. A lot of backstabbing. Which I expected, but not on a level like this. Team leaders and Union reps seem not to care about their responsibilities, only care about themselves.
