No work pressure colleague ship i dont find better than this

Cons

No carrier growth Professionals not recognized. Worst company policies like yearly increment is same right from MD to assistant engineer(Rich get richer, poor get poorer). Worst part is the unqualified fellows who lick the foot of manager are recognized. Too much politics.
