      Pros

      The unique product presents challenging design opportunities. The company is made up of really good people.

      Cons

      Voith views its employees as "resources" and desires everyone to meet a standard set of superficial criteria, if you do not meet that criteria you are pushed out. Individuality is discouraged at Voith. Many of the managers are more concerned with their own reputations and career advancement.
