1) Work life balance is good. 2) HR and projectanager listen your queries. 3) good exposure to technology

Cons

1) sometime it required more hours to stay in office for work. 2) salary hike is not as good. But it is not worse as well.

5 days a week So called flexible timing Good salary compared to web and app development companies

Cons

Lot of slogging needed for achieving deadline No one to mentor technically, managers are dumb The management team does not take interest ISO certified but its just on paper Lot of favoritism for old employees Every manager has its own method of project management
