I advice to stay away from the company if you are selected for software division, However the embedded division is fine.

Flexible Timings Infrastructure is good in terms of office space only Provides free snakes everyday Top management is very good, mainly their CEO Located at very good corporate building.

Cons

Unnecessary and stupid politics. Don't trust on new employee. Many old employees are with they knew all attitude You can be fired or harassed to resign if there isn't sufficient projects. Not enough or efficient hardware resources for development. Their operational policies are not clear and so is implementation, very confusing. HR is not concerned about employee's problems Chamchagiri is on its height. No clear vision for company or say not in the direction on thier vision. Operational manager behaves as dictator.

Clients are good in communication and good to work with.

Cons

No long term projects Employee can do want they want, harress anybody. No HR or management responsible. HR has no concern with employee's future and career. Stupid politics
