Most of the departments are fantastic to work and interact with. Great people, upper management is very accessible to all people in the organization, they have a very fair and detailed process for talent reviews and given proper, constructive feedback about your performance, you have the opportunity to work with people from all over the globe, and good benefits.

Cons

The M&A department. The culture within that department can be very cutthroat and every man for themselves at points, even though there are great people among the different teams. Some of the managers don't know how to lead or develop their team. It became so oppressive and toxic at one point due to my specific manager that I had to look for another job because my mental health had deteriorated to the point I was suicidal and I hated my job.
