Good company to work for

Pros

The company is popular and I have heard no complaints from fellow refs or players. The wage is fair and the hours are flexible. Though, I wish that I could sign up for more. But it’s very competitive to sign up for shifts. Travel distance from where I live is a bit stretched as well. I wished they reimbursed me for miles. But I know that’s stretching it for a part time job.

Cons

travel to various venues I ref and competition to earn shifts.
