Pros

Despite some challenges, there were a few positive aspects of working at this company. One of the most notable benefits was the generous vacation policy, which provided ample time for employees to recharge. Additionally, the sense of camaraderie among employees was strong. Colleagues were supportive and often went out of their way to help one another, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere within teams.

Cons

During my time at this company, I encountered several issues that affected both employee satisfaction and overall performance. Compensation was consistently below industry standards, and upper management seemed disconnected from the development teams, often favoring certain employees with hidden salary increases. This lack of transparency created a difficult working environment. Collaboration between developers, Engagement Managers, BPCs, and Tech Leads was hindered by poor organization and a disregard for best practices. When projects failed, developers were frequently blamed, even when the issues originated from management or administrative mistakes. The HR department, run by a single individual, lacked the maturity to manage the role effectively. Additionally, the company's hostile attitude toward employees post-resignation, along with its disorganized internal structure, is likely contributing to its struggles in staying competitive in the industry.
