Pros

NONE. Can not find anything I would recommend unless you are a boot licker

Cons

EVERYTHING. Tell you one thing, never delivered. Management is a joke. Interaction between ALL employees is none existent if you are not in the same age group. Be prepared to have your civil rights walked on too.

Pros

None. Promised a truck and gas card and a lot of other things FROM DAY 1. Never got a truck and had to use my OWN CAR on the job sites .

Cons

Mismanaged. No regards for personal rights to not be in a hostile work environment. NO LEADERSHIP ON JOBSITE NO ACCOUNTABILITY for anything. HR is a joke not knowing how to deal with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) except do whatever it takes to write you out the door.
