Pros
Fun place to work at, solid benefits, but I've found much better pay elsewhere.
Cons
A lot of their technology is outdated, and they will be using it for many years to come. I'm not sure that their plans of replacing the old technology will be successful. The "fun" environment can also be distracting at times.
