Pros

Dynamic, challenging, good software product offering.

Cons

Unwillingness to recognize the true size of the company and the need to properly invest in the right level of infrastructure and resources to scale and support. Thus creating an unfortunate climate / culture where its difficult to be successful as an employee. Customer call center wait times consistently unacceptable by industry standards.

Pros

Software is a good product.

Cons

This company could squeeze Lincoln right off a penny. They hire mostly new college grads and the pay is far below par. If you have experience, you do NOT want to work here. Telesales, noisy, cube environment. Lead theft is fairly commonplace, and there's a middle-school tattle-tale kind of environment. It wasn't a good fit for me, but someone with no experience might find it a good place to gain experience.

Pros

Product offerings excel for the small to medium sized business markets as does customer service. Company is growing at a nice clip in a challenging economy. Web lead driven and rare cold calling. Highly consultative sales process which impresses customers. Positive work culture and nice new location. Relatively open communication and sense of comradery between management and staff. Company also supports charities which makes employees feel good about working there.

Cons

Culture is young, with entry level feel. Advancement opportunities are undefined. Pay scale is hourly, < average. Expect to earn $50,000, maybe more, in sales. Must be comfortable with a call center, cubicle environment.
