- Typical tech company perks (free tacos, etc.) - Great co-workers - Workers given a decent amount of autonomy
Cons
- Company has never had a clear vision. Because of that, projects are started and stopped, teams are redefined again and again, and it's really difficult to get traction. As a result the product is pretty lousy. - Accountability rolls downhill, no one in management takes ownership for performance. Haven't seen much upside since many of them took their positions... - Culture had been pleasant but has turned toxic in some departments due to recent executive hires. - Typical boys club at the top, a lot of scapegoating, back-biting. People are hired and then fired in a few months time, and a lot of people really don't know where they stand. - HR basically buries head in sand when real issues arise, but we do get free tacos.
