Wonderful culture, Startup vibe, great benefits and perks. Always works very hard to make employees happy. Work-life balance is good and growth in your career is also good and room for innovation.

Cons

Promotion go to people who may not be right for the job but fit other qualifications. Health Insurance could be better

Volusion provided good work experience for anyone interested in e-commerce. The starting pay was decent for the experience required. There was a healthy work community, including team lunches and fun office events.

Cons

The company had a lot of employees competing for relatively few higher end jobs. The product sold was often plagued with software bugs or updates that rendered customer's shopping carts unusable.
