- No greenwashing - company is making major tech strides to minimize climate impact - so many initiatives that are not publicized because we work to get it right - Microcosm of the world in diversity, types of departments, global footprint, opportunity to learn many verticals - Worklife balance / flexibility - One week vacation above legal mandatory 5 week vacation in Sweden - Opportunity for those who network within company and have learning/entrepreneurial mindset (freedom to propose new innovations, many employee social activities and groups) - New e-learning system offers a lot of free learning opps

- Like many manufacturing companies salaries can be lower than tech companies - Legacy systems and ways of working (but interesting and challenging in a way that builds great experience with stakeholder management, change, etc.) - Some silos and information systems make career mobility difficult
