Volvo Cars is really an amazing company in so many ways, specially engineering and tech. You could really see yourself working with loads of talented people, and you can see how well things are thought thorough.
Cons
Salaries really differ between a person to person. You'll notice two people with the same experience and role might have up to 40% salary difference. It's really not defined who is being paid what. Additionally, the company is not doing well in terms of stocks and markets, so it's going through a lot of lay-offs and uncertainties.
