Good team to work with and relatively good commission. Includes medical plan and 401k.

Cons

Need improvements in facilities, communication within the company and with customers. It’s almost impossible to make a career since the company is small and there’s no space to climb for better positions.

Don’t work here if you have kids their point system is terrible. They are ready to fire you as well and lack communication and tons of favoritism.
