I worked as a Application developer from last 3 years in GTO & VFS applications. Only good thing I found is - Good work life balance.

Cons

Bad Medical Insurance Provider, It seems sometime cheated & organization will not help much. Poor HR policy & induction programs. GTO, VFS both lines have immense changes in delivery lead & no one knows what will happen to Volvo India. I am happy to leaving before seeing more worse politics. Involvement of Swedish and French external vendor is high which ruined Volvo Values in India. Biased Managers will not listen to project employee rather than taking side for external Vendors. Not a good pay master, hikes also less compared to other org.
