      Pros

      One you're employed at Volvo IT, it's difficult to be fired. Well build processes and procedures - a diversity of projects to work in for different business areas.

      Cons

      A lot of politics, low salary and difficult to fulfill a certain career path. Envy towards privileges, salaries of other employers and not a real good integration of new employers. Old fashioned organisational culture.
