Pros
Mack Trucks has one of the best corporate cultures of any company. People are friendly and proud to be part of the Mack herritage. Few compnaies can say as much.
Cons
In Volvo's attempt to consolodate operations, they have adversly affected their culture and employee morale. The compnay must now be run under "The Volvo Way". If you don't buy-in, you are let go.
