      The great collegues, the Volvo Way and location need the ocean. I've really injoy the good atmosphere in the industrial department!

      Not near industries. Otherwise no cons.

      Pros

      Volvo provides free Starbucks coffee in it's office as well as great health and wellness benefits. Pay is comparable with other companies and the vacation amount is much better. The PA location is nice. It provides access to rural as well as city living, depending on what your preference is.

      Need some better restaurants in the area for lunch

      Pros

      Global Opportunities, Greater flexibility on work-life balance. Provides an opportunity to work with global teams and resources from across the world. Takes you closer to the Business processes and teams.

      Cons

      Monetary and organizational growth could be slow compared to traditional IT and Service oriented organizations. One really has to be grabbing the opportunities for better work options... Sometimes, the external consultants are given better opportunities compared to the permanent employees
