      Focus on domain knowledge for employees in conuntries close to business, loosing focus/knowledge in low cost countries.

      1. Domain Knowledge - A clear focus on finding the best solutions for the Volvo Group to ensure competiteveness. 2. Continous improvement of ways of working and individual skillset (both soft-, technical- and domain/business knowledge).

      Cons

      1. Too much focus on cost/hour and relocating development to low cost countries wich has a long journey in aligning and understanding the core business of Volvo Group. 2. When sourcing from low cost countries there is a high focus on finding the cheepest ones which brings down the overall qualitiy of people hired from those contries.
