      Pros

      You can have a very good work-life balance as you have flexible working hours. Usually the managers are very supportive and understanding. Also you are treated very fairly. It is easy to get a good job anywhere in Volvo Corporation.

      Cons

      Poor salaries compared to similar jobs in other companies. Kind of hard to have a good career path. Also senior management does not inform about the changes quickly enough. Usually you hear about things through the rumours first.

      Will learn Biz process to some extent, Automobile industry process can be learnt but by your own, hv to get into good maintenance proj

      Cons

      hv to stay for quite some time and get into good projects to understand how Auto industries wrk, But most of proj are maintenance and depends on individual to grow., management is not strict and policies are not upto standards coz of which a hard working guys attitude changes to a lazy one, given that he is there for few years.., no challenging work on new dimensional stuffs.. also volvo is cutting budget big time.. so hardly any travel
