      Chauvanistic Problems in Senior Management Ignored.

      Pros

      Great company overall. Benefits and Salary are all above average. Good Opportunity to change career direction.

      Cons

      Senior Executive Management with long history of chauvinistic behavior ignored. Employee complaints as voiced in VGAS about belittling micro-management style swept under the carpet. Senior management problems ignored and protected under banner of diversity or ethnic background. Seems as though an executive with a doctorate is excused from behaviors that would be addressed if he was another employee.

      Pros

      Education, Training and Diversity programs available to all staff so you can help take control of your own career path. Fair pay, great benefits package.

      Cons

      Huge company with primary design/engineering resources separated from manufacturing facilities. Makes it very difficult to be nimble with changes. Also follow the Swedish mentality of needing consensus which is difficult in a room with lots of Americans.

      Great company with fantastic benefits.

      Cons

      There is a lot of corporate politics due to the nature of so many international positions. It is a cut throat corporate environment. They say they are all about the employee but you feel like you don't have a voice and its sort of dog eat dog.
