Pros

Thought going by name Volvo seemed great but after spending some time, don't see any pros that stand out as such.

Cons

People don't stick around, they move internally, leave the organization, team leads have resentful and adamant attitude most of the times. They have to learn a lot on how to treat people.

Pros

Great place if you are a technically minded person. Challenges abound so you most likely will not get bored here. Use some of the newest engineering design and testing technologies.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to tell where the company is headed, especially in these times. The truck market is very cyclical, so you can expect business to be up and down.
