      Pay, Benefits, Vacation, Mostly young folks across the board

      Cons

      I have been working at various places since I was in high school. Now I'm in my 30s. But I have never seen any company have a culture where EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE thinks they know it all AND ALSO that all other employees are complete idiots. The culture is just astounding. Teams backstab teams, individuals backstab individuals, subordinates pull fast ones on bosses, peers who have been so for years become managers overnight and suddenly grudges long held come to life.

      Lots of opportunities to learn about the truck market, lots of cross training with other commodities/segments. Many opportunities for internal training courses. A culture of respect.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for advancement for Americans. Most management positions are held by expats.
