Pros

It is another corporation world, I've never seen such a friendly environment and connections across the company. If you want to be a part of the "family" this is surely for you. I think it is a very balanced place to be in, so only positive experience and feedback from my side

Lower pay rate in comparison to the market. It's not the money that people stay for, it's the company really
