      Pros

      Flexible hours, good benefits package, Business Udemy, dedicated focus time, Recognition program, wellness benefits, transit industry niche experience can be very rewarding. Big changes in transit industry makes this field an exciting time to be in transit tech. Remote roles available. DEI seems to be improving.

      Cons

      Similar to other large niche enterprise systems that have been around a long time, there are challenges with support etc. Leadership is trying to turn the ship around, I think there is notable progress the past couple of years. Remote roles can feel left out at times.
