Vai is a great stable family run company They pay well. They treat employees well. My work is always appreciated by my boss and applauded from time to time.

None that I can think of.

Pros

A lot of really nice people work here. There is a good environment and culture. There are many opportunities to develop very different programs for customers, using a variety of technologies. There isn't much micromanagement.

Cons

Some of the tech being used is old, but that's to be expected, really.
