      Pros

      Amazing benefits, great pay, phenomenal colleagues, and an exceptional work environment. It doesn’t get any better.

      Cons

      None, there simply isn’t one negative aspect about working at Vortex. Unless you’re lazy and don’t want to do your job and perform at a high level.

      The people are great (besides management)

      Cons

      If you value getting raises, accurate performance bonuses and being actually valued as an employee, don’t work here. No raises in over 5 years. Terrible communication within the company. Favoritism is huge. No room for upward mobility.
