      The first month is great, they make you feel like a part of the family.

      Cons

      The management/owners are completely passive aggressive and two-faced. Big revolving door. Big joke!

      The people are great (besides management)

      Cons

      If you value getting raises, accurate performance bonuses and being actually valued as an employee, don’t work here. No raises in over 5 years. Terrible communication within the company. Favoritism is huge. No room for upward mobility.
