      Pros

      Great benefits, with a CEO that cares about it's employees. The community built at Vortex is wonderful and difficult to find in most corporate environments.

      Cons

      While pays raises aren't uncommon if you are doing your job, finding advancement in the company can be difficult.

      Overall wonderful environment to work in. Great people to work with and for and super supportive in regardsto career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      The new building is gorgeous and a wonderful place to work but it is sort of located in the middle of nowhere
