Pros

-work from home -really amazing people from top down -great growth opportunities -lots of opportunities to contribute and add value to a growing organization -amazing perks (treatments and products)

Cons

-salary increases are not annual and come more with promotions/ title changes -bonus structure is based on company growth and not individual KPI’s, so there’s very little control of achieving it

My leader is supportive, has an open-door policy, asks for and gives feedback regularly and is genuinely invested in the team's growth and the individual's professional development. There is a positive work culture among my team and work-life balance is highly respected.

Cons

As a growing company, some processes are still evolving, but leadership is receptive to ideas and improvement.

Pros

I have the autonomy to lead my team in a way that makes them feel trusted, challenged and supported. I have been allowed many opportunities for growth that I find lacking in other companies.

Cons

Our growth has been wonderful, although sometimes that creates complexity. And while this is challenging, it is recognized, and accommodations are made to allow for a continued work/life balance.
