Stimulating and exciting to be a part of the org and industry. - Remote work - Competitive salary & benefits - MSP is constantly looking for ways to evolve and improve - Treatment and skincare perks - Opportunity for growth - Nice people - Interesting industry

Cons

- Complexity of the business - Getting clinic buy-in - Pace and expectations (ebbs and flows) - Negativity from some employees - Unrealistic expectations (at times) This is a 5-year-old business that I believe is doing its best to meet the demands of the industry and our partners. The company is willing to learn and grow and leadership takes accountability for mistakes but knows we can always do more/do better.

The clinic staff were great. I had a fantastic team. We had skincare discounts

Cons

Upper management was the worst, toxic, no help. Didn’t pay enough to try and create miracles, asked a lot from everyone even if they weren’t comfortable. No benefits. No paid time off. Always changing management. No clear direction. Marketing plans were terrible. CEO never once came in to speak to the people. COO is very intimidating and not friendly. No people of colour in the company. Makes you work on stat holidays.
