The clinic staff were great. I had a fantastic team. We had skincare discounts

Cons

Upper management was the worst, toxic, no help. Didn’t pay enough to try and create miracles, asked a lot from everyone even if they weren’t comfortable. No benefits. No paid time off. Always changing management. No clear direction. Marketing plans were terrible. CEO never once came in to speak to the people. COO is very intimidating and not friendly. No people of colour in the company. Makes you work on stat holidays.

Overall, MSP is a fantastic place to work. The combination of a supportive culture, excellent perks, flexibility, and autonomy makes it stand out as one of the best companies I’ve worked for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dynamic and fulfilling career!

Cons

Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. Like any company, there can be busy periods, but the positive environment and support from management make it manageable. Fast-paced environments often require quick adaptation to new technologies, processes, or strategies.
