Pros

Long lasting friendships. Was like family. Lots of great memories. Experts in their field.

Cons

Upper management manages from a distance, i.e. via spreadsheet. Because if this they miss what they are being told from the front lines. And by the time they look up from the spreadsheet it's too late.

Good culture, great team environment, health benefits were great,

Cons

Slow to adapt to changing market conditions. Base pay, particularly for office staff is below market, they compensate for this by providing top tier medical benefits.
