Pros
The atmosphere, culture and teamwork oriented sales staff makes coming to work enjoyable. Being able to provide solutions across the world keeps things fresh and interesting. The communication between each department allows each person to feel like he/she has a voice within the company. Each sales member has his/her own focus, which creates a feel of running your own business.
Cons
Within a small company, we are constantly growing, and that does cause some growing pains.
