      High workload and management issues despite job stability

      Pros

      1 of a few aerosol companies in the US. High volume and continuous work.

      Cons

      They expect a lot of work for little pay. The upper management staff does not take ownership of bad decisions they have made. They have fired 10 ppl since September 2025 with no replacements in site.

      Cons

      Most people hate the attendance policy, but if you don't miss too much work, you will be fine. It can get warm on the hot days.
