The company is continuing to grow. They brought on a new HR group who are working diligently to improve overall culture of the company. They are working to integrate the four companies into one with a positive plan for growth opportunities. Have the ability to work as hybrid position, as long as you prove you continue good work ethics when not in the office. Increased acknowledgement of good work ethics.

Cons

Growth of the company is at the expense of the employees benefits. They have cut out the company matching of the 401K, hopefully temporarily. Currently no room for growth, though was told there are plans in the future to address this.
