      Many project opportunities to learn new skills and develop something new and interesting.

      Cons

      Salary increases have felt unimpactful in today's economy. I have colleagues that are paid double for similar work and less time working each week.

      Can't think of any. No company is perfect, but I won't list something here just for the sake of listing something. I really love my job and the company.
