Pros

Remote work, good salary, good benefits

Cons

Very toxic management, constantly changing goals/targets/standards. High turnover and just overall very disorganized leadership. Shady is the word.

Pros

Working remotely is the only thing I can think of. Management seems oblivious to senior devs working second jobs, so I guess that’s a pro if you can pull it off…

Cons

As the title says pay is very low and jobs are being outsourced to India. The code is a complete train wreck. I work on the frontend team which is led by a technical lead that doesn’t know how to run the application locally or even read the code. The show is being run by senior developer titles with junior-level experience.
