Pros

Amazing Atmosphere friendly people flexible working

Cons

If you move to the Expedia side training is TERRIBLE! Once you get hired if you move around (up) in the company. You'll get a rate increase but not as much as you were hired outside the company

Pros

Pay is high average for position.

Cons

There is a level of sadness that has seeped into the employees, and upper management can’t even be bothered to care. The old timers talk about the good old days of start up culture, but it’s all gone. At every level they are perfectly happy to work people to the bone and leave you to rot or throw you away. They talk a good game of promoting from within, which does happen, but the established programs for that don’t work. In Customer Service a lot of the management has come from industries where their works are disposable, and it shows.
