Pros

Great perks, benefits and smart people. The company's performance year over year is tremendous and that creates a healthy environment around the office.

Cons

Unorganized, internal promotions are not common, many job roles do not allow for upward mobility.

Pros

Flexible PTO, casual environment, young workforce, corporate transparency, time off

Cons

A lot of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. If you have dental background you will fare better since some projects are like pulling teeth. Some upper management feel the need to brag about their business trips or work from home without the need to lead.
