Pros

4 weeks of paid vacation

Cons

Obvious preferential treatment to the employees who work at HQ on 5th and Lamar. The folks who work at the other locations are treated poorly in comparison. For example, the management in the other locations are sub-par and don't truly care about their employees. The management at HQ, on the other hand, go out of their way to help their employees succeed. So, if you are thinking about working here, make sure your job is stationed at HQ. Also, there is no matching on 401k contributions, the health benefits are very spartan (compared to other similar companies), and ever since they went public, the corporate culture has been changing for the worse.
