Pros

Vrbo offers great resources for their teams and you are a part of large-scale projects and responsibilities.

Cons

Marketing leadership and objectives change frequently. Synergy between Expedia and Vrbo is improving but often difficult to manage.

Pros

The company pays well for the position and has good benefits. The culture ideas are good. Dress code is casual.

Cons

There is little room for advancement in Spain. Promotions or recognitions in Europe are few compared to American counterparts. The ideas of culture and how to lead are not understood properly by many people in the company. The company used to be fun and engaging, but due to many organizational changes, it changed to not being that at all unfortunately. Communication has become terrible over the years and changes. You cannot individualize your desk. It does not feel anymore like you are part of the company, but just there to do a specific thing with little recognition for doing a great job.
